Hello everyone, my phone have problem. I cant hear dial tone, people's talks from my phone, i already max the volume (by pushing the volume level at the right side phone). however when im using handsfree i can hear them. is there anything i can do? may i know whats the problem too if possible? thanks in advance

speaker is ok, the ringtone is still there. just that i cant hear anything from the phone when i picked it up. the caller can still hear me, but i cant hear her back.

[add-on]i also access the service menu to do test on earphone.. its failed.

the question is it is hardware or software fault? any ideas if there any cost less solution? thanks.

okay, i havent send the phone to shop for repair yet.. now using handsfree.

btw, anyone know why my phone turn on when i want to write script for vkp file using SEtool2Lite? i already install the USB Flash Driver and manage to upgrade firmware to R8BA024.. if anyone know the solution, share it. thanks
