hi evryone..

juz want to ask ur opinion wat happen to my gf's k810..

the handphone can't be switch on..sometimes can..but after that it will be hang and the handphone stop to function..

blank screen come out~ she went back to lowyat to claim the warranty and ask the shop what wrong with the phone..

but the shop said it's because the battery is loose..juz buy the handphone(1month) and the battery loose?

my gf went out to another shop in ampark park..the shop said the battery is not original..???

haih~ but i think the battery wont cause the hang~

what more that we can do to the hp? flash out? tiring after few times went back to the shop~

btw the shop's name is Mobile Trade Centre

not sure laa~ but suspected the software corrupted..hope not the hardware corrupted..

the handphone never fall..she take cares of it very much...

i think around 700 plus~ how to update the software? can teach me?

dat's y i a bit confuse..so use the program to flash? hehe..ok2..

farscope..i tried wif my gf to update..my hp is ok can update no prob...

but my gf's hp cannot flash software...after it HP selection page...and detect hp..

it said software is up to date and update unavailable~ what weird is..it show k800 pic instead of k810 pic..

anyone can help me?? the prob shown like below



or this is cause by hardware failure? the handphone sometime can be switch on..

but sometime freeze and blank screen..
