 PCB - Can i opt not to pay PCB, Pay at the end of the year instead?

I don't think it's possible because it becomes illegal for the companies involved.  U can however butter ur HR to ask her if she could pay a lesser amount based on ur salary range; I sort off did that as I didn't want LHDN to be owing me $.

Yup, company can be charged/compounded by LHDN if company fails to do so, if not mistaken. It is compulsory for company to do it.
