Well what can the consumer do. As long as there is demand they are in control. Actually Apple did not mislead anyone just that they did not elaborate more on it that time. They just said USD199* where *Term & Conditions apply.
Same scenario can be seen locally ... with AirAsia. In the early days they really caters for the people who can't fly MAS but now when they are in demand, they even charge the luggage to be checked-in, charge you if want to be the first in line (mcm naik bas mini pulak), and mislead people about the cheap ticket. After this dunno what more they want to charge. Sometimes its more expensive to travel with AirAsia than MAS. Sorry for the OT p/s - To anyone working for AirAsia reading this, hope don't take it personally. Its just my personal thought. |
