lol... we need to be very careful with our words as well as the opposite migh used it back on us
if 1:1 can't be achieved then at least minimize our loss/disadvantages to the minimum, there are time where we really miss out some part which really bring issues after it've been sign off, it's a nite mare to solve tat issues

now u see why i dont reveal much about myself

i have to face these kind of situations everyday it comes to me automatically and i had to divert attention sometimes too
one of the many complains about me is that even they are close to me, i still feels like a stranger but i cant help it tho, it comes automatically

yes the part u miss out = potential disaster and nightmare
lots of shit to cleanup after that and most likely in an unfavourable environement, temper flarings, finger pointings, back stabbing, and so forth
its a nightmare to manipulate and solve problems in such environments

it's horrible!! even it's just between internal in the company..
i do have friends all around but when it comes to argument i can't side either side, i need to be fair and firm in any action taken..
yeah..lots of temper flaring and finger pointing involves somehow i felt myself been hated very much by the side tat has the very least chances of winning..
but thanks goodness that some of my buddy are real buddy who can differentiate works from real life but i can't guarantee it will anymore if the issue are gonna taken into the meeting room next week

the thing with malaysia is that we are very much traditional, and i hated these kind of ppl
not profesional, when i attack u i attack base on work/performance and had nothing to do with u personally
sadly alot of them takes it personally and start giving me those kind of ego attitude, e.g. u hurt my pride and i am not gona go down without a fight

work is work personal is personal
i complain/attack based on what u did messed up and wanted to helped before it escalates, but ppl just take it personally
and when it finnaly escalates, they think i stab their back in fact i did not and i tried to divert attention from that issue

nowadays i have alter myself to keep quiet if its does not affect me
i oni voiced out if it affects me

those egoistic and narrow minded dont deserve to be helped at all, let them all dine in hell

If a family member who knows u for all your life says "I dont know you, you are so complicated and unpredictable" i think we share the same issues but i think i have a bigger attitude issues

geez...i wonder how many of us are facing the same job task as we have

i'm cool bout the attitude they are giving me, if they wans to ignore me, then go ahead. after all i'm just doin my job. if they really follow the procedures, i don't even have to bother bout their job at all..

sometimes i really close my eyes when i start seeing problem which does not affect me coz i don't want to be accused of crossing the line and try to create havoc..
