yep cracking paws is normal its dry.. just like our tapak kaki, when we grow older it will also cracking if you want a nice paws you should take of it when they still young when it start to crack, very hard to make it soft again. you need to ask your vet about this, they may have some product to avoid cracking.

yes you can use cotton bud to clean the ears. there's a type for cat and dog too.. but you can still use the human one. you can also use cotton only... just put the ear cleansing solution or just baby oil.. but remember to WIPE it after finish cleaning and before you drop the ear mites drop.
