just got myself harmony one.. cool stuff.. initial setup takes a while buts it's all worth it. Now it works like a charm. Throw all the other remotes into a box. Too bad it cant control my bluetooth ps3 remote. mebe harmony 1.1 in near future?

thanks guys for the information. My 360 is collecting dust in the store room for quite sometimes and i feel so reluctant to unpack it.. for ps3 not a problem cos the controller can be used as remote as well. I hardly use my ps3 bluetooth remote anyway... but umm, one touch button for gaming via harmony would be nice.

Harmony One is really a joy to use. Its design is spot on. Ergonomics, long but thin enuff to fit on my small hand but the features are what really matter. One touch starts is really cool. There is a cheaper version of harmony called Harmony 555, What Hi Fi universal remote of the year awards for 2 consecutive years, available only In Europe yes but not here.

One problem was that im not sure how to update the downloaded icon into the remote. Anyone has a clue? (and uhh...yes..im a bit lazy to google for 2day so if anybody willing to share, it would be great!).

...24 hours later, no one answered, so..i guess, got to google as usual.. to be honest, now that i have harmony one, i feel like buying more stuff with remotes so i can fully utilise my harmony .. i know it's silly but still, cant be helped. hehehe rolleyes.gif

@ musashiX - u use the downloaded channel icons when u set up your favourite channels. go into the Favourite Channel settings.

re. your last para, do take note that the Harmony One can only control a limited number of devices (can't remember exactly how many off hand). therefore it is not unlimited. i think u can control up to 20-30 devices iinm.

i prefer remote to have hard buttons instead of touchscreen. Trust me, hard button make remote control feels more connected. Although synchronization & programming are a little sluggish, i can live with my harmony. After all, nothing is perfect.
