here to also confirm that aieti's way work.. using freegate... my rs speed got capped on 25kbps also... and with freegate it just shoot back up to full 230kbps speed again... biggrin.gif

the weird thing ... my rs premium speed is capped but my friend is not... i'm staying in genting klang while my friends stays in sungai buluh...
