Yeah even using premium acc, sometimes I cannot max my speeds.
I believe this is due to me getting lousy streamyx IP ranges sometimes. Certain IP ranges + certain RS mirror = lousy speeds This post has been edited by socratesman: Sep 8 2008, 07:20 PM |

Frustating lately......
Even with premium acc & numerous threads, downloads during the day fail to max my line regardless of mirror used...... |

Using 15 threads I only get 80 KB/s. Tried all mirrors also same.
Reset modem get all kinds of IP also same. Damn TM, they must really be targeting RS. |

My RS account expires in 40 days and I'm considering not to renew it.
Have a feeling RS going down soon, plus Streamyx is throttling my speeds. |
