QUOTE My premium account expiring in less than 24hrs. Well if you are free user, you can always disconnect and reconnect your modem, provided that you have access to it. I'd love to spend RM20 buying a new one, but um I have no idea what to download already. Currently at home, and the speed is liek shit (line screamyx 512 stendet lar bang). Last time downloading from RS.com 7MBps from universiti line. So heaven. Lol university line of course la, 7mbps! How long does it take to download a 700Mb film ? |

Yeah, I'd have to say IDM is the best.
However the only gripe I have about IDM is that when opening websites that embed .mp3, IDM opens and ask whether to download the song or not. Leceh ler .. |

QUOTE(IcedNyior @ Jun 30 2008, 11:24 PM) lol! Its like every page has the same question - best d/l prog to use with RS. How much per month for 4Mb line?Ah..so tempted to get the 4mb line now but as im not paying for the streamyx i doubt my parents will allow How fast is the UPload speed? Anyway, like you, I dun think my parents will allow that, as they think my current line is more than enough already. Heck, I think now they won''t even let the PC run 24/7 due to hike in electricity tariff |

Points doesn't mean much to those who prefer
to be leechers and don't intend to upload anything. Having 8000pts or none at all doesn't mean a thing, except to those who upload and get point for every download made by free user. |

QUOTE(skylinegtr34rule4life @ Jul 1 2008, 10:15 AM) the rm35 difference is the free 8000 points which i dont see any benefits at all except being full time uploader Actually there is an advantage to have the point.Because if you extend your account, you'll get another 3000points. That means you can redeem the points to get an extra 30days of premium account. But, why pay RM35 more for the points, beats me. |

Rapidshare doesn't provide search engine to find the file hosted by them.
However there are numerous websites & forums that provide such links. That aside, are we allowed to disclose those sites here ? |

QUOTE(K for Ketamine @ Jul 1 2008, 10:24 PM) good luck to all RS premium user, download all you can. I think he is saying that soon ISPs may come up with new fee tiers, this year x'mas present might come early, might be yr worst nightmare. assume the prediction is right, pay more to download more just like the electricity & water tariff. The more you use, the more you pay. Even though there is a high chance that it may happen, I hope it won't happen soon or it never happen at all. Anyway, for the premium account, if I extend my account, does it extend it 30 days from the expiry date or 30days starting from the day I extend the account? |

QUOTE(K for Ketamine @ Jul 2 2008, 12:27 AM) You read my mind LoLz QUOTE this question abit tricky. for extending a/c only (need some1 else to clarify this) if the expiry date is May 21st they round number. u get free 9 days. new expiry date June 30th Just extend the account. The account s extended further 30days than the expiry date i.e expiry date is June 15, the new expiry date will be 15 July (being 30 days from 15 June) So the expiry dates will depends on how long you subscribe, rather than a fixed 'end of month expiry date' |
