Hurm.... from my experience's la ...TMNET never throttle your speed....i think its all about where u connected to...like mine if i connect to 118.*.* my rapidshare download only 10kbps and below....but if i connect to 219.95.* or 218.*.* i manage to get my max speed ...350kbps

so my advice is try change ip address if ur rapidshare dl slow..

if you use router..you can login to your router , use ipconfig /all at command prompt , the gatway ip add is your router ip address
login to router webconfiguration..u will see ur external ip ( from ISP )...or go to whatismyipaddress.com....to know your external ip add

nop...i can connect to any ip range.. 118.*.*.* , 218.*.*.* , 60.*.*.* , 219.*.*.*
but the best ip is 218 and 219 if i want to dl from rapidshare... i can get my full speed dl..
