i think tm block rs on certain ip.

i think there is limit for free user but with that speed it ages to get even 1gb download perday.

yeah its really bad.
my 1mb line can only get around 9kbps each for 4 download at a time.

this limit rules is temporary only.
when the 'transational' period is over the limit will be back like it used to.
