anyone here using maxis broadband? i wanna know how fast is the download speed? my friend wanna try rs, so she asked about the speed and i said it depends or your internet connection. so how is the download speed if use maxis broadband?

i think the minimum download speed is around the same like 1mb streamyx user if not more.

well my 1mb line got around 180kbps average on the day in the night around 210kbps.

but i thought maxis broadband is slower and the connection speed never fix? sometimes slow sometimes fast..

it's ok.. it's just that my friend is so eager to know the download speed coz it's way faster than torrent..

Actually there is an advantage to have the point.
Because if you extend your account, you'll get another 3000points.
That means you can redeem the points to get an extra 30days of premium account.

But, why pay RM35 more for the points, beats me.

yup..sometime slow..sometime fast...
sometime no connection at all...
if u live at city like KL..maybe connection will be stable...
even i live at shah alam...connection also not so stable laa...
sometime no connection..
for speed i dont know..
maybe same as screamyx 1mbps

deng... really hate the ip restriction thing on premium...!

sometimes the download will be slow down until almost no connection, then need to restart the modem...after that the bla bla bla msg come out.. sometimes after delete cookies wait for 20mins, also still the your pc is still using xxxxip to download... mad.gif

I am talking about purchasing from the malaysian Rapidshare seller,

Rapidshare doesn't provide search engine to find the file hosted by them.
However there are numerous websites & forums that provide such links.

That aside, are we allowed to disclose those sites here ?
