Guys, don't ever try the Nandos delivery service. It is totally suck! I had ordered at 8.15 pm and guess what, the food only came 2 hours later. Reason being, they have to sent the first order which is much further than my house. From Nandos SACC mall at Shah Alam they have to send the order to Batu Tiga first (45 minutes) before dropping by at my place at U2 section (another 45 minutes!). Guess what? Two cold Peri chips and soggy chickens. I'm so furious as I have to pay RM30 for cold chickens which I can simply buy far much cheaper from Giant or Tesco grilled chicken. To NANDOS SACC MALL Shah ALAM, don't deliver if you only have 1 delivery boy!

3. if i were you, i will write/call to complaint in regards to this issue to Nando Malaysia instead of creating a dup acc in LYN to rant about it.

since when nandos got delivery? do u mean the 'room delivery' service?

1. I like their chicken but I'd like to try their delivery service; but I never knew that don't care about being late and don't have the initiative to deliver the new hot chicken instead of sending a 2 hrs late ordered chicken.

2. I'm creating awareness among people. I think is sending powerful message than writing complain to them. (That is y BN lost in their last election) I will write complain but at least I want people to aware that their delivery service is suck!

You should ask them about the delivery time when you order.

If they told me it's gonna take 2 hours, I'll rather cancel the order.

Nando delivery service is there for a while d lu. I used it a couple of time.

Actually ha bro, I like Nando chicken too ... and their delivery isn't sux as u said. I tried it a couple of time b4 and it reached on time. Took them about 30 mins oni and the chicken is still hot. I think there is smthing wrong with ur delivery. Therefore, the right thing u need to do is actually dont pay for the orders.

Too bad, since u've paid for it ... the only way is to launch the official complaint to nando management

Yep. That is what I did when I called Domino the other day and they said I'll have to wait for an hr.

Anyway, to TS ... I think it wouldn't be fair for Nando by u condemning their services just bkoz their this time service. It might be because of their service boy fault ... maybe he go rempit somewhere.

ive ordered nandos delivery like 5 times in the past 2 months. all times theyve been spot on at 45 mins.

chicken is fine, though its lukewarm and not hot, but thats expected.

i just called to nandos... hrumph.. only mines and oug branch got delivery!!
