Hi, I'm back long time didn enter the forum. Just to ask something from u guys something. I bought heavenly sword and trying to play it but cannot, it said here that you haver current video output setting problem (80028F10). What the heck is that? By the way I only use normal TV and not plasma or LCD. I think TV type is not a problem because I could play other high definition games like resistance 2, MGS4. Both games graphic is better than heavenly sword and still functional in old TV. Help me out!
Added on December 8, 2008, 12:41 pmAnother thing if let say I would like to purchase a LCD TV, do u tink i can play heavenly sword? My budget for the TV is RM 1000+++. Any good recommendation to which type of TV should I choose?
LOL sorry to say this but.. u r wrong here. Well MGS4 rocks, Resist2 also rocks.. But heavenly sword gfx ain't shabby either. Wait till u see the blade cutting thru the snow effects.. The reason you're having problem is not becoz of the game but is your tv. Coz Heavenly Sword will only output at 720p, so unless your TV support 720p or beyond. Btw Those 2 killer games do support lower output such as 480..
Even if you can still play those 2 games on your old tv, you're still missing out lots of details which will make your eyes cry if you've seen it on HD.
Well if you're on tight budget, get Samsung below 1.7k.. for a LCD TV 32inch. No fancy feature or function just enuf for your gaming. If you really need a good big big lcd tv, of coz you need to shelf out more than just 2k.. If you really need a FULL HD, atm the only thing probably cost more than 3k in the market regardless of brands.
Just remember if you're going beyond 32inch LCD tv, then only consider buying FULL HD instead of just HD ready (37inch below).. Think some 37inch is not even FULL HD. FULL HD n HD diff is the resolution. THink some expert better explain here instead of me hehe.. If you're playing on 32inch, it won't make that much difference unless you stick your eyes to the screen or compare them both side.
