i also have similar problem. when i sync with my itune it show:

but all my iphone apps and setting etc are working fine, juz the ipod cant sync...any method to just restore the ipod?
i almost restore my iphone once a week...haiz... |

restore already...
i restore because i installed too much apps, i like to try new apps inside the installer...end up with iphone laggy, so "restore"... now used to it...need back up my photo, contact, music, wallpaper, movie etc...
