its at the back entrance, go in, in front of you, there will be one staircase...go up to 1st floor then turn right...you will see on your right there is a shop selling soldier stuff, the same row there are some shops repairing leather jackets and stuff, just go in and ask them whether they can fix your bag or not...they will point you to the right shop...
