yes agree!!! pet shack really do their BEST!! we canot ask a pet shop to keep every single syrian in 2ft tank wor.. that will become a pets mall..
providing good food and clean tank, seperated when fight, n in difference sex.. what else we can ask for?? pet shack!!

But why Pet Shack treated their hamsters so good like provide prestige, Nutri smoothies, Wodent wheel and fresh veges and fruits, still the price so cheap? Do they really earning ar? Sometime if a person buy a starter kit or lots of stuffs, the hamster got discount somemore. What are they going to get money from la? I personally prefer to support good pet shop like Pet Shack, that's why even far also wanna make my way to Sunway from Cheras as good stuffs and good service is priceless compare with petrol and toll fees. Support Pet Shack!!

Support Pet Shack.... I am from Setapak and I travel there by train, taxi or bus.....

Everyone wants cheap..... everything also must be cheap. If they find somewhere cheaper, they would go elsewhere but they never really notice what care is given. The petshops near my house treat their hamsters like oranges.... toss here and there, feed rabbit pellets and kuaci, and use shredded newspaper as bedding.. price is cheap so people buy but they never realise that the hamsters would not have a very healthy life.....

I so far only notice very few pet shops that treat their hamsters in a good way.... like Pet Shack for example and also Pet Epicure but Pet Epicure do not sell hamsters anymore. Pet Epicure used to sell hamsters around Rm48 but people complain saying too expensive but the care, tank, wheel and food.... people just do not understand....

PetShack people Support PetShack !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean what is there to talk about if a petshop owner dont know or dont have the passion of taking care of their own pets before they sell? i understand petshop have to run business, we are not asking them to treat their hammies like how petshack does and how we do, but at least dont toss them around or let them fight till die...This is so inhuman... at least provide a Proper/Normal/Clean environment for their hammies...If they are willing to put an effort lik jtl does, we might support them also eventhought their pricing is higher...It is very hard for people around us to understand that a rm15 "mouse" needs rm300+ for their setup but we are not asking pet shop to do so, since they have so many hammies, feeding fresh on a daily basis dont seems to be a problem for me... Most petshops in our country are just too lazy,ignorant to care for a rm15 hammy...everyone here feel sad when they see any pet being mistreated in any petshops... Pet SHack is the best petshop i ever seen in malaysia... hopefully everyone supports them and Rocks on Petshack~~~~(sorry, i was too frustrated)

hmmm.....y try my best then.....last time try to do that,but still he dont dare to come over.....mayb still need times......god to tame a hamster is much much harder than i think.....

last 2 weekl while i'm hamster hunting......i went to alot pet shop,among all of them can said PetShack is the best for Hamster and dog stuff. they got most of the things for hamster and dog. their hamster look clean and healthy than other pet shop. example like Pet Safari at Ikano there, they not even care about their hamster,i even saw few Robo die in the water bowl. If ur hamster lover,just go pet shack their got all the stuff u need. Thats y i observe in my hunting.

You guys good la, got Petshack to go to. Here in Penang, the hamsters are treated like ... commodity, different batches of hamsters thrown in the same small tank, little food, not healty...sad.

Yeap i bought my WW's @ CTY. They cost around RM12-15 ea. (forgot). But they were the healthier and perkier ones compared to other pet shops i went to. (i tTheir cage and acc choices weren't much though. So i'm stuck with Chipsi Plus Green Apple till i can find Chipsi classic. >.<

Where is CTY aquarium ? Near Komtar 1 ar ?

I wonder if there got sell exercise ball or not...
