Yes. Just went to get it yesterday from my favorite dealer. But when i asked them about the extemded warranty. They said that Acer Malaysia confirms that they will not grant Extended Warrantx to my model. Can You please Confirm this?!. My model is: Acer Aspire 1410 netbook with Intel Celeron SU2300 processor on Windows 7. Once you can confirm this, i will get a pack from you. In the meantime, i will also get in touch with Acer Malaysia to clarify. Tks & await your reply & confirmation.

Acer is the only Computer company who has double standards in warranty. All other computer companies do not practice such. Thier Extended Warranty is open to ALL their products. Just wondering if Acer has no confidence in their Netbooks, hence not extending their Extended Warranty program to thier netbooks?!. Hmmm. since i have already bought. will just wait and see lah. Acer. If you are reading this. Better take note and od something about this.

1. i got acer timeline 4830tg for more than 2 month oledi... can i still get the extended warranty?
2. how does the extended warranty work? i mean the original 1 year is including the service,repair and oso spare part... so the extended 2 year also cover all 3?

1. ya within the original one year warranty, ur laptop still valid to purchase this extended warranty, but for my advise, you better to buy it within 3 month from the day 1 you bought the laptop, so that you no need to pay for inspection fee to acer.
2.yes, the extended 2 years also cover all 3

ya must be purchase within the 1st year wty, then only can extended 2 more years.
but if u purchase the extended wty after 2 month from the date u purchase ur acer laptop/pc, then u need to pay another rm80 as inspection fee to acer
