wat do u guys think bout the bottleneck issue for my proc running at 3.2GHz? is it high or low? do quad core gives lower bottleneck even at lower clockspeed as my current now?

opinions? tongue.gif

p.s - stop poisoning me!

the architecture and clock speed.
bek to the old times where amd athlon + ddr1 is better than p4 + ddr2.

architecture is a general thing to know but the clock speed for 4850 is actually lower than 3870, no?

if u want to take out ure cpu as a limiting factor u have to look at delivery
between the mem controller and gpu
and it has to be on a more steneous gaming requirement

hence clock mem more + game at higher reso.. or more aa/AF...
*
ic, instead of worrying too much on proc bottlenecking the gpu i should higher up the settings on memory/ram... hmm.gif

so meaning minimizing the bottleneck....sleep.gif

but still i see that many of u guys r quite happy bout the performance of 4850 compare to 3870, is it rly that good? in terms of gaming of course. smile.gif

ok, thx bro for the explanation notworthy.gif

to previous 3870 users, after using 4850 or 4870 how much do u think the performance increase?

can't stand the poison, uurggh... tongue.gif
