Radeon HD 4870X2 in the nude, 15% better than 4870 CrossFire?
4870x2

Wonder how much is 4870x2... Single card better than 4870 crossfire.
Even GTX280 also can't beat 4870 crossfire.

This time Nvidia Going to cry.gif for one years.

even after price drop.. nvidia price still significantly higher
*
Not really tho.
The price dropped till $499 for GTx280
Which means cheaper than ATI already.

Lets said, i bought 2 x 4850 = $500. and the performance are just pair with GTx280.
So if $499.. we can think about it.

The answer from Artic Cooling :
Thanks a lot for your email. In this case is difficult, in fact we tried to contact the CrossFire cable manufacturer to order some longer cables and provide to our customers. Unfortunately the manufacturer seems not willing to provide us. Now we successfully get the long SLI cable but not the CrossFire one. I’m afraid we’ve no solution in your case.sad.gif

What a lame answer... really doh.gif
