Both myself and my friend had bought a unit there.
The reasons I bought are: -
1) Prime location (not too far from KL)
2) Layout and concept (each unit is corner unit)
3) Low density (only 284 units for two 23 storey tower)
4) 3 tier security (use access card to enter the campus and another card via access lift, intercom system )
5) Sky garden (even lower floor unit can go to sky garden at 23 floor to see the KL view)
6) waiver of interest charge during construction period
However, in view of the economic situation now, I am a bit worry if the project can complete on time.
Anyone who had bought a unit mind to share? The developer is Sentul Perdana sdn Bhd and it is the subsidiary for CL Integrated Sdn Bhd.
