I believe Pei Min is sincere in solving the issue, tho it's been 3 months and to be frank I've actually lost hope on recovering anything.
but it's better than never.

Of course i would have kept to my words as well, as for mlink's claim, I have no idea as i've been selling more than 200 units of harddisk and i have customers who claim from Seagate without problem. yours is the first case i've heard of..

well, will arrange with u via phone on where and when and how to pass me the HDDs.

At this time, i would say case closed and solve.
