i am curious too, i left a workshop life and went back to engineering. However my passion is drawing me back to the automotive industry. Perhaps not directly tied to a service center but with the HQ and assisting with issues that the centers or dealers cant solve. Anyone have any insight on any available positions? I do feel the industry needs more people that are into cars and into the technology advances the automotive field is goin thru. Till date, i see service centers having poor troubleshooting skills simply because lack of knowledge. i do hope to be in a role to be able to make a difference.
