#3 I find the flare a bit distracting and got foreign objects in the sky?

#4 Dont know how to say but it looks like two different halves of a picture pieced together. And watch out for the halo around the edges. A bit is fine but when its too obvious, not so good lor

#5 i like the HDR process but perhaps a closer crop I feel the temple (is it temple) isn't brought into prominence.

seriously, i think most of the HDR photos here are over processed or rather imbalance. are you sure you are using the right way for proper HDR? they just look very unnatural...just imho.

I have not use photomatrix before. 

have you tried tweaking with Photoshop?
