no such thing ar .. or at least not that i've known ..
but sometimes if you're only taking 1 paper there and the class are jam packed and summore with waiting list .. chances are tat they will not consider ur application and instead give it to those that are taking more papers at sunway instead ..

i tried taking 4 papers once but that was during my acca part 1 (old system)
i did pass all 4 though .. but to be honest .. i wouldn't recommend taking 4 papers in 1 sitting
it's reali quite difficult to manage the time .. especially so if the exam dates for the papers run 1 after another .. that is like super deadly .. how can once recap a subject immediately after finishing a paper .. i wouldn't say it's impossible but it's tough

even my lecturer would seriously advise students not to challenge 4 papers in 1 sitting .. it way too tough .. beside one would definitely have to study 24/7 and hence say bye to your social life

lastly if one really wants to take 4 papers .. i would advise that some papers should not be taken into account when deciding to take 4 papers due to its syllabus thickness

I ask ACCA Malaysia and UK on behalf of my friend before .. they say cannot wah ..

i'm his ex student n to be frank i don't think he is a good lecturer .. he is good at P5 .. bt nt good in lecturing it

for instance .. i ask him question bcos i dun understand .. bt sometimes he will answer me back in such a way as if it's bcos i didn't read his notes or stmg n make me look lyk an idiot (perhaps i reali din read his notes on that part bt nid nt answer back liddat)

then hor .. crap @ss .. the final day before the P5 exam .. i found out at least 3 critical mistake in his notes (n he owez claim that his notes is complete n watsoever) ..

yeah it pretty sux seriously when lecturers go on and on abt their life ..

yes it's interesting but not too much till the point that "we don't care ok?", what your wife/husband la, what when he/she was working la, what his/her kids do la.

we come here is to study le .. sigh

if you wanna become a business woman, there's still alot of other more suitable path what seriously ?

business management would be better ain't it ?
or even if dowan study n learn to trial n error oso is another path ar

n his kids .. how funny they are .. n gay boy band .. n some sexual jokes .. urgh ..

he writes ACCA malaysian taxation text books too .. very good i would say those text books ..

if you are very certain that accountancy is suitable for u then the best is to take CAT then progress on to ACCA as it takes the less time ..
however if you're not sure then perhaps it's better to take pre-u 1st instead so u can always change ur path if later on u decided accountancy is not for u ..

try to imagine urself ten years from now .. do u imagine urself being in the accountancy field ak

then it's good to directly take CAT then .. i'm sure u'll fare well liddat

not that i know off, my gf is resit student last sitting and she told me thr's no changes

sunway the advanced tax like 15-20 students only
p5 around 40 students i think
p7 full time around 60 students mayb .. part time only 20 or so students
p4 also like 15 students

yeah Ms Menon is still teaching at Sunway
she say it's impossible to self study for P2 in the current sitting as the syllabus has totally changed
i was from the previous sitting and resit student as i failed the previous-previous sitting and the group accounts have changed tremendously
this sitting not only the groups accounts has changed but major changes in IASs n IFRSs as well she sed

no lo .. working full time dy too but still awaiting results for final 3 papers ..

yeah i just started work just awhile ago n i can imagine how tiring it is to be working full time for a long while dy ..

y not weekends class then ya ? perhaps it's better ?
