OK people I am an amateur self proclaimed DJ , I say self proclaimed since no one has heard my sessions which I often do by myself in my apartment.. heh... ANyway I am currently using Native Instruments Traktor DJ ... And totally LOOVVVIIINNGGG ITTT !!! , What kind of softwares are u using ? I personally have used Virtual DJ , Sure its expandable , though the interface is a bit childish and its more for HIP HOP music , Traktor is hands down awesome for Electronic Mixing , I also have used DEVCKADANCE from Image-Line , But the interface is shit and they have to use ASIO drivers for it to work on my laptop ARGH ! , Traktor and Virtual DJ both work fine with your standard comp audio drivers...

Also do u think maybe the DJ's here in malaysia are into using sequencers ? Also I personally have not touched actual vinyls dont know where i can do that here in kl just for fun...

Buddy trust me its dam easy , Just download the programs and test it yourself , very straight forward interface , get the program then search on youtube for the tutorials , and most important of all EXPERIMENT , EXPERIMENT , EXPERIMENT , I like to listen to my favorite Tribal House track and then try to recreate it. Good luck
