QUOTE(Legendary.High5s @ May 4 2009, 01:05 PM) yo , listen up...did you read the post...it was a stock race...means whatever from the box only you can use...no modification what so ever...standard motor...alkaline battery..you must understand...the point is to stay on the track and no to come out of it... the success of winning was level of battery power...the lower , the better your car stays on track...someone will upload the videos on youtube then you can have a look.. i think u dont know about car there is motor run in gear run in i am asking fir these method example some people let the motor run with load some did not i just want to know more ways of improving the speed no matter stock or modified u wil do he same noob |

so fast move on to this page
it seems so funny that all is talking about cost saving by buying this bat this charger well if u have a powerful batt powerful car but cant suit the track u will end up wasting more money breaking this breaking that and this is worst. so please set your car to suit the track and not blindly charge and run. run the car slow see how the car is then try to increase the speed that way u save much and learn more (much more) |

QUOTE(TMY kia.. @ May 11 2009, 12:12 PM) @my car is slow, u shd be miss out alot of pics that we posted. u may check it out page by page and see how the brake add onto mini4wd. for roller setting, every racer has their own setting and that's no right setting or wrong setting.... finally someone reply me TO ALL NEW RACER OF MINI4WD.... there is no easy way reliable info. pls experience your self. i have seen the pics and i know most of u guys have your own style and your style is a mix from japan and maybe some of david there. david i see is only crazy about 19mm roller with plastic ring he will do any setting on the front but the back always stay the same. so from all the pics the cars will have strong points and weak points do u know about it or not i am not sure i havent touched a car for so long and i am really happy to see new kind of racers around. u can answer q1) plastic brake not very good breaking power when u need a bit of brake . sponge brake better then plastic and most of the guys use it frp brake quite similar to plastic but will not worn out as fast rubber brake the most effective brake to stop the car i leave q2 to u |

QUOTE(Legendary.High5s @ May 11 2009, 12:36 PM) first of all, im not your boy...your hommie..... i used to call people younger than me that to answer your question , aluminium rollers with o-ring would be better but eventually the o-ring will wear out... i use ball bearings.. as for the brakes , wht we buy from t.u is f.r.p with sponge brakes... but very good answer from u, u state what u are using and reason why that u are using it i hope others will follow so other can have a good reference if u understand what i am trying to do This post has been edited by my car is slow: May 11 2009, 12:41 PM |

QUOTE(TMY kia.. @ May 11 2009, 01:29 PM) Good. U shd be the old time racer.... to play back i dont think so Well, the brake we used it depend your car speed and the length car can fly... some of us used sponge, some used rubber and even used screw(which not recommended used at TU)..... Hope u will start to play back and share your experience... Q2. hmm... For your info, Tamiya Mini4wd rules are only allow used 3pairs roller... With 3 pair... nothing much can test... talk here i still can manage as for 3 pair rollers never tried it before as i have given away all my stuff when i stop i do hope others will share what they know (u new or old timer also can join) |
