MINI4WD RACE ( CONTROL RACE )
7TH JUNE 2009
12:30PM TILL 4:30PM QUALIFYING
5:00PM ONWARDS FINALS
QUALIFYING STAGE
1) Time attack format will be used to determine 10 finalist to advance to the final stage.
2) Each participant can try any amount of cars for the time attack stage.
3) The fastest time from each racer will be used for the selection of the 10 finalists.
4) The official decision is final if there is any dispute.
FINALS STAGE
1) All finalists cars will be inspected and impounded for this stage.
2) For this stage it will be the 1 on 1 format.
3) The top 2 qualifiers will have the advantage of the first round bye so both racer will start from the second round.
4) The remaining 8 participants will start the first round divided into 2 groups consists of 4 racers each.
5) 2 racers from each group will advance to the second round where they will meet the top qualifiers.
6) The racers who reach the second are eligible for a prize.
7) In the second stage there will be 2 groups of 3 cars each which will go on to see which 4 cars goes to the semifinal.
8) Winners from each semifinal will get to the final where the champion will be decided.
9) The third and fourth placing will be from the losers from each semifinal.
10) All cars must be fitted with batteries when they are impounded.
11) Changing of batteries durin the first and second stage of the race are not allowed.
12) Only the cars which enters the semifinal and final will be allowed to change the batteries once.
13) All stage will be determined with a best of 3 format.
