Well, your car temp will rise quite fast from 1st bar to 3rd bar. It is recommended to gradually increase your speed and temp rather than rev it from cold state.
It is recommended that from a cold state, do not rev your engine more tha 2k rpm. Recommended only. Honestly I have yet to see any damage to the engine for 2 year liaonot necessary 1.0 viva consume lesser petrol than 1.3 saga.
