Do any body know what is the value 2-sty Terrace/Link house at TAMAN SRI BAHAGIA, or Tmn Suria Jaya Cheras??? How is that place?? SAFE?? Traffic JAM?? I'm looking for a 2-sty Terrace/Link house budget Rm250K around Pandan Perdana, Lean Sen, Ampang.

I got a friend last time wanted to sell his corner unit at TAMAN SRI BAHAGIA for RM300k.
Now not sure whether it's sold or increased price or not. |

I can get you the current market value from the bank's side IF you can give me the exact address, the land area, the built up and any renovation (how much total, extension how many ft and such).
Normally the current market value is the latest transaction and possibly + price increment in that area + renovation (depreciated). PM me if you want to. |
