As per topic, I'm kinda new to audio modifications in a car but I'm interested to get a CD/Mp3 Player for my car (it currently has a cassette player), and maybe a decent set of speakers. The car is a KIA Sephia. So please suggest:

Where,
What can I get,
and for
How much?

if got ppl selling used stuff, i dont mind getting it. much cheaper that way. but it must be still in good condition.

But I dont plan to spend too much though...the most is around 700-800 range, and that's for a HU and sound sys.
