I cant seem to find any forum or local website that have solution to this problem but i found it off an italian site or hungrian site.

It needs a firmware upgrade and re patch 2 files into the SYSTEM folder (how do u patch when it cant even detect??) Easy.

By pressing the record and play button together and insert it into the usb slot. (hold down the button).

Even at samsung own website you can only download the manual and media player files.

Save your time from sending it back to samsung for warranty.

For more info. Download the file (pdf and exe files and also firmware and patch files in one rar/zip file).
