What are disadvantages running dual channel with 2 stick of RAM from different manufacturer and capacity? Running Q9450 @ 3.2 Ghz. 1.28 Vcore, +0.15 MCH and +0.15 FSB set in BIOS.

Nothing much, except that you'll only be able to overclock as much as the weaker stick will allow. Matched pairs usually overclock similarly, so you don't end up with one stick holding back the other's overclock.
