Hi guys ..i have a problem to ask ..well ..my question is I have a house in Jala Peel ..its a flat house ..i paid finish for the loan and settle all the money already ..the problem is ..I have the "Geran" ..which is the old type ..the big big 1 de Geran ..the manufacturer of the flat don't know go where already ,I can't located the manufacturer..The flat is around 30 years already . Since the manufacturer can't be located ,I can' cut the name into mine coz the procedures is after I pay finish ,the house belongs to me.Now ,the problem is I cant find the manufacturer and I wanna cut the name and sell it .is there any way I can do this ?thanks in advance
