Ok, I took some photos on iphone and I would like to transfer them to my computer. I tried to get information but still no clue. When I click on My Computer => iPhone, the system hangs EVERYTIME. I tried many times. Any other suggestions?? Am I looking at the wrong end??

No. I don't have any.

try on another pc/mac. because i have a feeling that its a non-iphone related problem.

as much as i would like to help you, i cant. because im not actually there to view/diagnose your problem. plugging your iphone to another pc/mac via usb will pretty much determine if its an isolate case.

because restoring and set up as a new iphone would be the conclusive alternative. but given the choice, i wouldnt wanna recommend that first.

Transferring via email is another option. However, I still haven't established wifi streamyx yet. Will do that asap and then it may work well as it does for others.

just simply plug youre iphone cable to your pc and it will pop up and see it on your pc...
simple as that...
