A newbie in subwoofer here.

May I ask if I am planning a simple AV setup, for a small to medium sized room.

Amp not yet available , but eyeing an either a Marantz (eg, new 5003), or Harmon Kardon entry level (eg. AVR 355).
Mostly for music - ie. vocal, light rocks, instrumental, occ. classical pieces..
Movies too, but lesser except for TV or Astro normal viewing..

Which sub would all of u recommend? My budget is max RM1500 - 1800. I heard of both SVS entry level or Paradigm PDR10, what do u all think? Or is there any other sub you may recommend?
