Anyway, I kinda like this CHT-12R especially after reading through this tread but since it's not available over here in Sabah, wonder if any of these Yamaha unit can even come close to it - SW515 or SW1500. Their price is RM1650 and RM2850 respectively. Otherwise I will have to carry one from KL.

Cheap sub good bass has turned into the dark side... Hell, should I just forget about the CHT-12R or SW250 and go straight to that SVS, one time pain in the account? Damn now I can't get that cylinder out of my head. It's all you guys fault...

Mind if I ask how much is the shipping cost?

I went to an AV shop this afternoon and the owner introduced me this Velodyne SPL-1200, costs at around RM8800 (forgot the exact figure). If compare with the SVS PC-Ultra, which one gives more punch in movies?

Yup, more boom if place at corner but might upset the overall sound quality. It all depends on individual preference, however.

By the way, I was offered a used CHT-12 at RM2000. It's used less than a year. Worth it?

CHT-12R if not mistaken.
