Doesnt necessary to be up front.
Need to do the 'crawl' test to locate the best location for the sub. I am quite worried about this too. If up front, it would block my screen |

Then find second sweet spot for it. Need to compromise a bit. Anyway, I bet not many of us are using this technique.
I bet a lot of ppl just put it in front, side by side wt the front speaker. |
