In GMi, you can't take German A-Level if your SPM result is bad, that's the rules. If you don't understand the simple rules then you are not worth to take it.

Yes, you can fly to German if you take Diploma, but you must score 3.5 CGPA and above to get scholarship from MARA, unless you're rich. Study in German is free, but you must pass their German A-Level test to prove yourself worthy. And of course, must able to speak and write in German is mandatory. If you are so damn rich, then study in German is no big deal, just take the German Language class and German A-Level, finish it, score good result and there you have it, a pass entry to study in German.

Some German Universities do not require German-A Level entry requirement. I don't know whether this is valid or not, I have to refer more information.
