nope, here is MARA, the fees is just like others ipts/ swasta ipt, =)

yup kalau dapat MARA study loan memang best kalau kat Uni aku
If your CGPA is:
2.00 to 2.49 you pay back 50% of the loan
2.50 to 2.99 you pay back 25% of the loan
3.00 to 3.49 you pay back 5% of the loan
3.50 to 4.00 the loan is converted to scholarship
