1.Many moisturizers sold in the market are at a max of SPF15,but I saw on tv that SP30 gives more adequate protection.For person who spends only about 20 mins under direct sunlight 2-3 times a day and the rest indoors,is SPF 15high enough to rotect skin from UV radiation?
2.I watched this programme which mentioned that we shoud look at the PA-best is PA+++.However most skincare products do not inndicate this.What is PA and how does it tally in the sun protective properties?
3.Can anyone recommend a moisturizer with good SPF and PA?*Preferably can buy in pharmacies*

Also you need to look into the staying power of your sunscreen. MOst of the drugstore brands only last for 1-2 hours after application so you will ned to constantly apply it. If you have make up on this will be a hassle ^^;;
You might one to try some of the spray on ones like from bananaboat. This you can constantly keep with you and spray when you need to go out into the sun. More so if your desk is near a window.
Splurge if you can or if you are serious about sunscreen protection. Get Clinique City Block I think it's SPF40++ or higher. It's UV protective power has been said to last the whole day. There are some other brands like Neutregena but that product is not available at our pharmacies yet.

Ah yeah... i have that problem too... some of the new ones these days are greasefree tho... but those cost more. Water base is good but sometimes even then make me feel like i have a layer on my face.

sunblock, let it dry, foundation, powder... it depends on how much you put. Don't go applying it like butter on bread.

I agreed, normally the sunblock will be so oily after using for couple hrs and make my face pop out pimples. I used more than 10 products for my skin....cos i'm combination skin ler...
After that, my mom bought one sunblock SPF20+ and apply on her face then i went to try n apply on my skin...guess what? It's totally like no apply and still can last until 8-9 hrs, proctect our skin from UVA and UVB fron the sunlight, block the dust into my face and no oily at all and just feel that like a piece of tisu apply on ur skin to protect you. It's the only one sunblock that no oily and prevent the dust into my skin and block my pores so that i can avoid from pimples lo......
Avoid the product which have chemical and alcohol contained.

The product is from US named Mary Kay.
Sun Essentials® sun protection products help protect from harmful UV rays. It is waterproof, oil-free and fragrance free. Also, the transparent and colorless Sun Protector SPF20/ PA+ dedicatedly filter out the UVA rays, helps to protect skin from sun damage, cosmetic dirt, dust and prevent skin from undergoing photo-aging. Recommended by the US Skin Cancer Foundation.
The important is we need to see the ingredient of the product. It's suitable for sensetive skin as well. The product should not have any fragrance and will bring the feeling with gentle and mild when you try to apply on ur skin. Dont't forget Malaysia is no 4 season countries, so we need to pick the correct product for our asian skin.
