Will be heading to Kluang for a wedding and found the following list of hotels at cuti.com.my

Ailang Hotel
Anika Inn
Hotel Anika
Merdeka Hotel
Merlin Hotel
Milano Hotel
Nagaria Inn
New Mui Keng Hotel
Prime City Hotel
Regal Hotel
Rest House Kluang
Ria Hotel
Tong Siang Hotel

However, there is hardly any reviews... so it's kinda difficult to tell which one is ok.

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who is familiar with Kluang which of the hotels is a decent, safe and clean place to stay for less than RM80 per night.

By the way, what are interesting places to see in Kluang?

Thanks in advance notworthy.gif

well among those in the list, nagaria inn and prime city hotels are the best one offered in kluang. but i can't be sure of the prices though. and u should visit the kluang station for a nice breakfast. they have one of the best roti bakar in town. head to the railway station located at jalan station ( opposite post office and tm, if my memory serves me well ). " roti bakar and kopi satu". hope that helps

Prime City Hotel is expensive alright, but lousy service. The food is also bad.... also heard stories of ghostly encounters... icon_question.gif

Rail Hotel is still considered a new hotel
if you are coming from Air Hitam highway tol, you won't need to pass by the town.
but i'm not sure if is cleaner or more comfortable because my house is in Kluang laugh.gif

Fellow kluang ppl!

Normally whenever I pass by around Ailang Hotel (to go to post office, etc), there's nothing much, not a soul is seen. Never seen any maknyah around.

I used http://www.booking.com loved this website because it allows you to book without the commitment of paying (but they do capture your credit card details as a guarantee for no show) and sometimes they even throw in free cancellation if you cancel about a week before. And its always about $1 to $10 cheaper than other sites.
