4.5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then again.... i did pay RM 4.2 for my Dell 2405FPW when it was brand new and the high end of it's time .... But imho these days i try to spend less if possible. That is why i've been recommended the HP cauz for Rm 2.4k for this sort of monitor is damn good. Compare 2.4k with 4k + !! big difference in price Anyway i will look for the review for the monitor you mention. Does it have an internal lut i wonder ? http://www.prad.de/en/news/shownews_tft1885.html But it's only a VA panel type so how can it be more expensive then a H-IPS monitor such as the HP which is only RM 2.4k ?? I saw it has 2 hdmi, but even 1 hdmi for me is just fine. More HDMI is really only needed for a HDTV in the living room. This post has been edited by Moogle Stiltzkin: Sep 17 2008, 10:48 AM |

Can use a software on your pc to bypass HDCP, i forgot the name though but the software removes optical disc copy right protection for movies. So even if your monitor does not have HDCP, it is possible to view a HDCP movie without being restricted.
To my knowledge only the PS3 is using HDCP full time now. I don't buy original movies... often.... so i have never had to test HDCP. My HP Lp2475W works with PS3 so that means it support HDCP. I tested using HDMI to HDMI of course. The thing i don't like about HDCP is not only about being restricted, it's the fact that DRM, HDCP and all these copyright technologies in fact slow down our pcs and take up resources at the consumers expense, and Microsoft supports these big corporates by adding these restrictive technologies to their software.
