what external monitor shud i use for this lappy? it seems can handle 1920 x 1080 from (right click desktop - > properties)

normally i play game at 640x480 pixel. thats all my laptop can play

other than tht. i browse lots of internet, i wanna reduce the tax on my eyes due to long hrs of browsing usage. i also watch some movies, normally those dvdrips which are in widescreen mode

at least 24" inch monitor to support Full HD 1080, but u r only on Intel GMA 950 u cant play 3D game such high res.

im currently using an old fujitsu c2220 laptop ... but gonna buy a 22' widescreen soon ... possibly the asus vk222 or the hp w2207h ... but i guess i wont b using the lcds at its maximum capability rite? as in the resolution.

You can buy a 21.6" or 22" with that budget since you are into watching movies (certainly no way you can buy a 24" with <750 budget)... And yeah at 640x480 the screen will stretch (unless you set your games to widescreen resolutions)...

wanna ask, this coming pc fair usually what offers can i expect? cheaper prices for 19/20" widescreen lcds?

better don't expect too much, else you will feel angry.

that means nothing much of lcds to see la during pc fair. haha. i tot usually vendors like dell have special promos.

Those 20" ones are quite rare nowadays... being superseded by 22", price-wise.
