QUOTE(Skylinestar @ Jul 19 2008, 08:23 PM) definitely NO. i wish the aswer is yes. Techincally is NO, but recently economy bad, many shops stucking with lots of stock, and PC FAIR is coming, many brands should have new models to be launch very soon, price dropping might happening now, go and scout around...it might surprise you.....

Anyone using a Rev A00 of the Dell 2408WFP ? Anything else besides the HDMI image issue (workaround - use HDMI to DVI cable). Thinking of getting one soon, Dell Malaysia sending Rev A01's yet ?
Rugi didn't grab it when it was 1.8k.

I will be getting a new desktop soon ... but the fujitsu is just temporary only ... so ... still can get the lcd first rite... 22' nowadays very attractive pricing le ... plus pc fair is coming ... not sure shud i wait for pc fair or just go get it now ..

DL one You can buy a 21.6" or 22" with that budget since you are into watching movies (certainly no way you can buy a 24" with <750 budget)... And yeah at 640x480 the screen will stretch (unless you set your games to widescreen resolutions)...

Those 20" ones are quite rare nowadays... being superseded by 22", price-wise. Here's a review of some recent 19" monitors: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/other/dis.../19inch-10.html
