@Illiad, for me the dell so far server me well. But u need to adjust a bit since the default is not so great, if u wan comparison better go to the shop that have this 2 unit to test it out.

A lot of S2409W users here, what about E2400HD? I'm split between these two =/ E2400HD seems to have better specs on paper though.

back-light bleeding .. due to panel not completely flat/set correctly, a defect that would be hard to correct, and hard to request a replacement/claim warranty... b.t.w. I always hate/anti the "crystal-brite"/glossy LCDs...

if just 3 days.. try ask for replacement.

just leave it like that is ok and no problem in long term. but it is annoying. image when u watch movie or play game, when going to black room or movie showing in night time. black / dark ---> Gray / white color -.-

Also caused by improper shielding or less than sufficient shielding of the backlight around the edges. rolleyes.gif

Agree... They look nice but in practical things like overhead lights and background reflections can become annoying... laugh.gif

I didn't understand the DELL LCD 24-inch online promotion....

it stated that if you buy before 13th October you will get RM 410 redemption?

so if i bought it for RM 1089.........and i will get RM 410 back?

so basically it will only cost RM 1089 - RM 410 =RM 679 ?

or that RM 410 can only be used in buying others dell items?

anyone can explain to me ?

im a bit confuse rclxub.gif rclxub.gif here
