RVN is better than Benzema. It just about his age. Everyone will gets older. RVN is a fantastic player & know how to score goals. Perez should keep him because you never whats gonna happen, may be Benzema can't perform beyond expectation or long term injury hit him, I don't know. Higuain is a decent player but looks Perez didn't notice his talent, Higuain should be the first choice striker. May be Real Madrid gonna use 4-4-2 formation but I believe Raul will partner with Benzema, not Higuain. Wrong decision.

guys... don't kacau RM thread la. Like Barca, RM also surely got academy just that their philosophy about their team is not build from within as this point of time.

Our academy is right up there with the best. We have produced more players playing in the premier divisions around Europe than any other European team. The problem has always been making that transition between the B team (Castilla) to our first team. Currently we're producing players more for others than ourselves. It's something that needs to be changed of course.

Capello praises Arsenal's youth system

England manager Fabio Capello has praised the Arsenal youth system and said that it is a model for other clubs to follow.

In addition to that, the English national team often use the Gunners' training facilities in London Colney and Capello had good words to say about these as well.

Speaking to FIFA.com, Capello said: "I'm very lucky, because I've had the opportunity to look at Arsenal's academy where the England team train and their work is incredibly good.
