hi, i think its wax, not hairspray... sweat.gif different wax suit different hair lengths. for example gatsby has wax for very short hair, medium, and long. u can look at their brochure at pharmacies.

Yeah. Totally agree that hair wax is needed.
But hmm. That wouldn't make your hair look healthier though.
So you might need to consider on using that for a long period of time tongue.gif

Those are pictures taken after colouring. Usually done with treatment and styling so of course it looks good. Everyone looks good when they step out of a salon. A good hair cut will benefit you too. Just take that picture to any reputable hair stylist and they can cut it for you.
To get that at home, you need to have agood hair regime. Treatments at home about 1-2 times a week. Redken 01 glass for that nice soft matte like shine of good healthy hair. Make sure to use good shampoo that suits your hair texture and condition.

That hairstyle, sad to say, requires alot of 'Kung Fu' ^__^ You will need a hair iron and a blow dryer, Soft molding hair way( avoid the fiber ones or the water based ones cas those would just weight it down) Loreal has a good one called Cosmic mud or something like that. It's akind of molding clay. Super hold without the ah beng shinnies or the cakey-ness of wax.
Grab some hair grips and don't wear a shirt as this might get a bit hot ^_~
After washing your hair give it a blast with the blow dryer. When the hair is about 50% dry separate them into about 6 sections. First a line down the middle and about 4 sections at the back of the head. One for the top of the head and One more for the front fringe. (This is what the hair grips are for)
Get of the hair clay/wax/mousse(up to you which you choose in the end- my recommendation is Redken 20 rough clay) and slowly spread them on one section at a time. Use the hair iron to get them in nice flat pieces with pointy tips. Be patient, don't go doing big chunks at once. Doesn't work. You will only fry your hair to get to the ones inside the chunk. A steady hand is needed for this as it would take a while and you hand will get tired. Repeat the process with all the remaining sections. Remember as you are ironing your hair out to pull it in the direction you want it to go. Don't over do the product as you don't want your hair to be weighed down. You need it light and airy.
After that use some hair spray(good stuff not the cheap ones - Redken 23 Forceful there is a 25 but that might be too much XD) to finish off and make the style stick. Blow dry with cool air or stand in front (not under!) a fan to finish off.
Lastly, get a bit of that cosmic mud/ clay between your fingers and go forpointly ends of your sideburns and bits in the front of your fringe and on the top of your head and below your ears to make the points stand out nicely and stay pointly.
You should be ready to face to world now with your Cloud inspired hairstyle ^__^
