Dear all,
Recently I came across the list of short forms, many styles, at theStar newspaper property classifieds area.
I'm not able to understand some of the short forms, as well as some of the full word's meaning in property line.
Hope anyone who know can reply to tell me what's the meaning.

In addition to those mentioned, i think:
NE = facing North-East 2ac = 2 acres (1 acre=43,560 square feet OR 4047 square meters).

the type of ad will tell, let say a link house, dont expect 2 acres of land , if the ad is selling empty land, then it should refer to size rather than air cond.

QUOTE(johnsonm @ Sep 8 2008, 04:59 PM) are you sure "ac" is referring to size and not air-conds? If you read carefully, TS is asking "2ac- any way to explain how big is ac ?" So I assume he is asking the size of the land. No doubt, ac refers to air-con.
