My favourite of the Alien series is Alien3 but sadly not available. Only Alien and this one, so i grab this.

excuse me can anyone tell me what does premium format figure in sideshow means?

can i say marquette is above premium format in terms of quality and price? or they are totally different class and cannot be compare. I heard marquette is normally in small scale (big in size), is that true?

how about Exclusive Version? example, jurassic park T-rex vs raptors diorama, Exclusive Version got extra banner (When Dinosaur Ruled The Earth), while the normal version is without the banner?

is Ultimate Toys' shop at Amcorp Mall? If yes, i have been there a few times, the guy there (i don't know whether he is the owner or not) seems a bit Lansi, maybe it's just me. Example i asked a few questions, he seems inpatient to answer and not even look at me. *sigh*, i may dress like a beggar, but doesnt mean i dont have a hole to burn in my pocket.

Shioktoys is good in terms of price and service. Dealt with them a few times.



I also pointed to some statues asking him what's the price, he arrogantly reply: "not for sale, for display only", come on, at least he can put up some label showing For Display Only.

Want to ask forumers from this thread: Yesterday I just made an order direct from the Sideshow website, this is the first time for me. The next day i received an email from their Customer Service Rep saying that Sideshow's policy do not process transaction from a credit card issued in M'sia due to many cases of credit card fraud. He wants me to pay via international money order in US fund, what is that? what are the extra cost incurred? Has anybody encounter such problem before?

Actually i ordered an in-stock item, something that is not garner any interest from most ppl, it's Dr Zaius (from Planet of the Apes) PF Ex Edition. During the holidays sales, got 30% discount, off from USD 285 to USD 200, plus about USD 53 shipping fee. So, it's about RM800 in total.

I want to email them saying I dont mind waiting for them to clear all the payment via my credit card, then ship to me. rather than remitting via bank draft.

i enquired banks today about payment to account abroad. In my case, they recommended Telegraphic Transfer (TT), it's direct and fast (though not as fast as Western Union). It will take about 3 working days to transfer. The charges is RM27. I have spoken to Sideshow via live chat, they said my order will be valid until 3rd of Jan 2011.

Has anyone has any suggestion? or has anyone bought directly from Sideshow?

If they dont accept TT, the last option is bank draft, it will cost me RM85 for FedEx courier, what a hassle!

I need to make payment before 3rd January. After that i have to pay for normal price.

They dont accept paypal.

OK, what I have done is, I bought a foreign demand draft in USD and Fed Ex to Sideshow. They told me once order a few item direct from them, they will allow me to make payment via credit card.

Actually they want to make sure that I am a genuine customer.

The Customer Service Rep told me there have been quite a number of fraud credit card case from M'sia.

According to Sideshow staff who said "after 2 or 3 orders can ask for credit card payment facility"

No tax imposed, although Sideshow/Fed Ex declared the good in full amount. The Form were filled very detail including the item's value and shipping.
